K14 Standard on Maschine+

Hi, I have recently upgraded my K14 Select (came with Maschine+) to K14 Standard. It works fine with Native Access and I was able to download the libraries, and can be seen on Maschine 2 / Komplete Kontrol on my PC. I can also use USB control on my Maschine+ and see the latest libraries as well.

However, when I start my Maschine+ in standalone mode and go to "setting-> Library" the new libraries are not found. I pressed "RESCAN" many times, and it only circle very briefly and nothing happen.

I tried putting the new libraries from my PC to SD card (came with Maschine+) and they are not recognized under browser also. (put under Native Instrument folder)

Appreciate any insight to this, thanks.

    Well, everything that is compatible is listed on the Sounds part of the product page.

    SD is used to store projects, your own samples, sounds, presets, etc... not just NI libs.

    I do agree that things should be more clear tho.

    I do not have M+, but I think it is not possible to use it standalone. Maybe Expansions somehow would work.....

    M+ standalone has only selected amount of plugins and instruments, by far not all. M+ standalone would not even be able to run certain plugins/instruments as they need lots of RAM and/or are way too CPU hungry....

    Thanks Kubrak but I don't think that make sense. It defeats the purpose of having Maschine+ as standalone with such a huge function missing, and you don't really need the SD card slot then if not for the libraries and expansions. They should have a big limitation warning on Maschine+ if that is the case!

    Well, that is a bumper, but thanks a lot guys for answering. Disappointed, but guess I have to live with it.

    It may happen, more plugins will find the way to M+ standalone. One day.

    It’s a shame because on the summer sale. They offered Maschine+ with K14 as a bundle. I just bought it. Waiting to be delivered in a week. PlayBox is one of my wow expectations 😱😿
