Hi!

So im going to sell my Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk3 controller and like to transfer software also but webpage says its not transferable.. why is it like that? i cannot sell it?

It’s not transferable probably because you received it bundled with the hardware.

If it is the case, when you’ll give the new serial for the S4 they will provide you to the buyer, he will get the software too

What do you mean give a new serial number. If I buy a used controllerIIi still have to purchase the software for a new serial?

No. The seller must ask NI to remove the registration of the hardware from his account and they will provide him with a new serial number to give to the buyer, so that he can register it in his account and receive the software.

This is called License Transfer
