Yes, this would be the inverse of the 45rpm option.
Reason being, 7" control vinyl is pressed at 45rpm and spins to fast for proper control at that speed.
However, you can't use 33rpm with normal playback because it will be too slow.
This requires an option for normal playback at 33rpm speed.
