Tempo fader not align with center in absolute mode

Hi,

I got my S4 mk3 2 days ago. I've noticed that right tempo fader is not aligned with the center mark and the blue light on the s4. The light lightens up 2-3mm below the center. It looks it doesn't happen in relative mode. Any idea why? Am I the only one with this issue?

    Do you open a ticket at the Support ast the top of this pages?

    Hi, I have the same problem, NI can have some solution, maybe a calibration or something like that, because I'm used to CDJs and putting the Feder time in relative mode destabilizes me.
