No Massive presets. Repair, delete files...?

I noticed I had no presets for Absynth and Massive so I explored some help files here. Loading Absynth in stand alone fixed the problem for that instrument, but not in Massive.

Opening Native Access I see an option under Massive labeled "repair", but I don't know why the folder isn't there or where I should look for it. I mean, I see the Massive folder under Applications on my Mac, but that doesn't seem to work.

Any advice or links to relevant solutions?

Open Massive as standalone first, do a presets scan and let it finish.

Then check if this solved your problem.

If not, then click the repair button, it should be enough
