Komplete 14 CE purchasers, did you get your Plugin Alliance pack?

I upgraded to Komplete 14 Collector's Edition and got a SN for the Plugin Alliance VST's. I'm already a Plugin Alliance customer with the same email address. Copied the SN provided at the bottom of my current products page on NI, went to the linked registration page on Plugin Alliance and pasted in the SN. It comes back as "not a valid code". Opened a support ticket with NI and got no response. Opened a ticked with Plugin Alliance which uses the same awful automated support system, no response. After waiting a few days I just submitted another ticket with NI.

Is anyone else having issues or did your code work?

    Something in the lines of what you did used to work for me years ago when I bought the Output bundle from NI site but being able to have the products also in the Output account.

    I don’t know if this is still achievable

    I am trying to solve the exactly same issue. I bought Komplete 14 collector edition 8 days ago and I had already PluginAlliance account so I follow the same process explained but PluginAlliance reedem vouche page refuse the SN got with NI. Now it s around 20 emails with NI and Plugin All to try to solve this issue when PA said it seens the "Code" is wrong (I wondering if it s something different that the NI Serial Number given) and when NI anwsered me the code is ok. But I have still no plugins in my PA Installation manager to be download. I think something is wrong with the SN because PA spoke about voucher code. Did you solve it ?

    @Thierry56 I see you are already in contact with Plugin Alliance support reagrding the issue. Hopefully it's resolved soon.

    No it is not solved at all. I passed lot time for writing emails with PluginAlliance and NI and nothing is solved right now. I still do not have any of them. Worst, both side they close the request now. So, it is very nice quality systm. I followed exatly the instructions given by NI and the serial code does not work at all. So, I asked to PluginAlliance and they just gave a like to get these plugins for paying it. That s all.

    So I still try to get a real assistance not a email sending me the link instructions (what I already did several time)

    @Thierry56 Sorry to hear that, I see that someone from Plugin Alliance got back to you a few hours ago. I pinged them anyway and will keep an eye on it.

    It took just over a week for someone to get up with me. I checked my account every day and the the effects never showed up in my account. Then, when they finally emailed me they said that code had already been entered into my account and the date they gave was the first time I had tried it. When I got that email I checked again, like I had done every day, and the effects were there. I'm guessing there is a glitch triggered on accounts of people that already have an account and already own some of the effects. I already owned 4 of the 7.
