Anyone knows? elf-like languages to sing songs

I'd like to ask if anyone knows of any software or websites that can use fantasy or elf-like languages to sing songs. I don't need real languages, it just has to sound very aesthetically pleasing. I hope the software can simulate human voices and sing out melodies word by word, like in a video. I wonder if there are such software developed by OpenAI or other companies?

From what I've seen we may be a couple of years away from that at this point, but it's coming. Most of the phrasing is done with recorded voices so the phrasing is not really "language like". However, as the industry moves toward the marriage and combination of synth and virtual instrument tech it's only a matter of time before they develop a way to incorporate phonics into that marriage.
