Maschine 2 not available in Native Access after registering hardware serial

I bought a Maschine MK3, I installed Native Access 2, I added the serial number of my Maschine Mk3, but Maschine 2 does not appear to install it. what should I do?

    Open a ticket with support. Then…sit down and waaaaaaaaait…

    There was a problem in our system where the supplements coming with a hardware device would be delayed. Everything is back to normal and your product should be available. Can you confirm @Seba Figue ?
