HELP - I'm waiting for Komplete 14 serial and Maschine to be ship for over a week now and NI support

I'm new to the NI universe. I have to say, this is no the best introduction. On may 29 I pay for the bundle Komplete 14 and Maschine MK3. I got the email with the order confirmation.

And this is were things went wrong. We are now 7 days after my order I try to contact customer care several times no one reply.

I've contacted support every day to see if something went wrong. No more answers. I've created a new ticket for this issue: no answer. Complete radio silence.

So dear Native Instruments: please let me download and use what I have paid for.

Anyone else have any idea on how to solve this?

Is this normal? is this how it is with Native Instrument?

How is that marketing department works amazing to sell you thing but customer care seen to be nonexistent?

    I can see that the issue was resolved by one of our support agents on Monday - can you confirm this?

    Sadly, yes, this is normal nowadays with NI.

    And the last sentence you wrote about marketing to sell very efficient and customer support being MIA is right on point (as I just discovered from my last experience)

    How to solve it? I’m not too much into religions, but in their case maybe prying some sort of god is the only way…
