Why all my plugins are in DEMO mode in Native Access after purchasing Komplete 14 Standard?

I just bought the Komplete 14 Standard version and all the plugins are in DEMO mode in Native Access 2.

I tried the troubleshooting of the web support and follow all the steps but it doesn't work.

I tried also with the old version of Native Access but the problem remains.

I am using a Macbook M1 Pro.

I am a bit confused and I don't know why to do. I opened a ticket with the Helpdesk but I did not have any answers.

I am desperately looking for help.
