Komplete 14 ultimate Upgrade not working despite owning Komplete 11

I recently purchased the Komplete 14 ultimate upgrade. I originally owned Komplete 11 select and then upgraded to Komplete 11 standard. The Komplete 14 plugins are showing up in native access, except they are all in demo mode. I tried entering the serial number for Komplete 14 ultimate into native access and it tells me that I don't have the base product, which is incorrect. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times and have reached out to support a few days ago, but received nothing. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Are you sure you picked up the upgrade and not the update?

How much did you spend? 299.50€ or 199.50€? (If it was under Summer of Sound offer)

If you picked the correct version for moving from Standard to Ultimate (which should be the Upgrade), have a look at this articles:

Hi, thanks for your response.

I can confirm that I purchased the upgrade. I have read the second article previously and unfortunately it was not helpful, however I will have a look at the first and see if anything can remedy this problem.
