Problem with connection microphone to Tractor S3

I connect the microphone cable to the deck D.

I choose the microphone mode (not line) on deck D.

Raise the sound level in channel D and in the master level.

But there is no microphone sound to the speakers.

The controller was not opened, I bought it new.

The "microphone" is selected in the input settings in channel D.

What am I doing wrong?

I think that the reason is software

Any idea?

but I don’t remember dialog window from macos about access to microphone )
