I’m suggesting a new program that works along the lines as the remix decks in Traktor. Comparable to Serato Sample it would let you beatmap, to the grid, samples that you could link to other DAWs. You could use an F1 to choose part of a song or sample to get a grid spaced sample to loop or do a one shot in time with the DAW you have linked. Basically a mini remix deck for music production. You would be able to drag a song into it and get tempo matched loops depending on the bpm.
