I registered my X1 49 hours ago, haven’t received any email with the e voucher. I’ve checked the spam tray also.
What should I do?

Probably the sad answer is just wait. It seems they have a lot of things to answer to these days, so answers/infos are quite slow.
Did you receive any email at all confirming your registration? Usually the voucher is in those emails.
To be sure, I would also open a ticket (but you‘ll have to wait for an answer to this too). In this way at least you’ll have something in your hands with a date on it if things will go really slow
I haven’t received the confirmation email. The serial number shows in my account but I didn’t receive any email.
