How can I open my Wavelore Brush Kit .nki file in Kontakt 5?

I purchased the Wavelore Brush Kit last week, and when I try to load the .nki file into Kontakt from my Download files, it gives a message that none of the files can be found. I have not had this problem with other virtual instrument files I have downloaded. I have written to Wavelore support, but they haven't answered. I have ProTools 12. Any suggestions?

    Where is the folder with the samples for the instruments? Try to put the .nki file in the same place
