Imported User preset but can't find it.

I've imported a user preset that I bought into Guitar Rig 6 but can't find it. If I make a user preset in GR6 it is there in presets but I can't see the one that I downloaded. It's in the correct user presets folder (C:\Users\name\Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Guitar Rig 6\Rack Presets) and I went through the process of importing it. The presets that do show are in the same folder. Does anyone know what's going on ?

Did you import it from a different folder or did you put in in C:\Users\name\Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Guitar Rig 6\Rack Presets and imported it from there?

I suggest deleting it from that folder and importing it from somewhere else.

If that does not help, please send me the file via private message here and I can take a look.
