New software install not showing in Kontakt

Hi. Just used Native Access 2 to install a new instrument to Kontakt. I says installed in Native Access. Shows the correct path. Why don't I see it in the player when I open Kontakt up?

    Which version of Kontakt are you using - 6 or 7?

    And which one does the instrument require?

    there isn't a lot of info on this plug in. I'm using Kontakt 5.

    ALWAYS start Kontakt in Standalone mode after installing new libraries.

    @Leslie C What library is it? You usually have a minimum Kontakt version in the system requirements.
