How long does support take responding to crossgrade issues?
Options
I submitted two separate tickets via the online form, looking for help crossgrading legacy products to either Komplete 14 or Kontakt 7 but haven't heard back. I haven't seen an email confirming that my issues were received. First issue was submitted a week ago. After trying to install the legscy products to no resolution,second issue was submitted abput 4 days ago with legacy products and serial numbers. Please help.

They will answer you “in these days support has a lot of request. Thank you for your patience”. Which is true. But since they are in a messed situation and receiving so many tickets because of the many problems users have with their products, they should put more people in the support department
