seller of maschine MK3 doesnt cooperate, cant change account paswords

Hello, I have recenty bought maschine MK3 second hand with account, when MK3 is registered. Seller now doesnt respond to my request to give me full privilege to this account - I cannot change password, name, email adress. What can I do in my situation?
