Beatport and streaming services in loop recorder and remix decks

Hi,
I have seen a reference to this idea in the discussions but I believe it has not been put to a vote.
With the current integration with Beatport (which is the streaming service I have, but I assume this occurs with any streaming service), it is not possible to use the loop recorder nor to capture a loop from a track streamed from Beatport in order to paste it into a remix deck. Traktor will show a warning that the track is not available for copyright reasons for these functions.
I imagine NI and Beatport can solve this issue. I have zero knowledge of how code works, but I assume that it should be reasonably easy to solve from a tech point of view. The problem seems to be a legal more than a technological one.
Have a good one.
