Native Access fails to remove older version of product thus it can not update products.

This has been going on for a few Years!

I had a small NI furnished app, that removed anything that needed to be updated, so that afterwards Native Access, could update successfully. It worked!

But, It is no longer on my PC.

And I can't find reference to it anywhere on your website.

What's Up NI??

Even if things start to be strange, I’ll answer you anyway

You don’t need to remove the programs before updating. The opposite: updates don’t even download files as big as the original apps, they just add.

But you should know it, being with NI from 4 years or more… unless it is what I think it is…

Btw: nice citation to a series, your name. I know another guy who loves to cit movies…

    Hi @HawaiianEye

You can find the registry tool here:

Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

Applying the steps in that guide and reinstalling your products via NA should resolve the issue.
