Unable to login into my Native ID account on Maschine Plus can't use device

Hi guys, i find myself stuck on the login screen on my Maschine plus.. it won't generate a scan code and when I enter my native access ID manually it tells me it can't find my credentials.

Ive bought the device second hand but I managed to do the ownership transfer to my name.

When I bought it a week ago it was working fine although I couldn't login into my account but now it won't go any further than the login screen...
