Traktor S2 Mk3 Crossfader Bleeding

Hi All,

I seem to have a problem with the Traktor S2 MK3 Crossfader that I just purchased and have replaced it with another new one, thinking that it maybe a hardware issue but I got the same results. I have the latest firmware and when I move the crossfader all the way to the left or right, you hear both decks playing and it is heard over speakers as well. If you move the crossfader a little bit back, then it is fine. Maybe a new firmware can resolve this issue? I looked online and there are a few people reporting the same problem. I don't have this problem with the S3 MK3 and S4 MK3. Can someone from NI please get back to me? I really appreciate it. Thanks!
