Help loading session guitar electric sunburst

I'm Italian and sorry for my bad English

I am new to Kontakt

When I load the "Session guitar electric sunburst" It remains permanently loaded,

as you can see from the figure.

Why?

    Are you loading Kontakt standalone or inside a DAW? It’s a good habit to load it at least the first time standalone, si it can build properly it’s library.

    But probably this isn’t the case

    Try also to load Electric sunburst inside Komplete Kontrol to see if it is different.
