How to use komplete integration with Pro Tools on PC with KK A61?

Hello, so i've been trying to be able to connect my A61 with my pro tools, I am able to play the plug ins but am not able to use complete integration ie. play, rec buttons or knobs. Always receive a pop up saying that its unable to connect to KOMPLETE KONTROL (IMAGE ATTACHED). I have read that there is a way to fix that by removing a plug in or file (FB360 or something like that). In the thread that says that it tells you how to get to said plug in to delete on Mac, but havnt been able to reach the file on my Windows PC, can anyone help me with this issue and if it is that I have to remove these files or plug ins how to get to them in Windows?

@TonyTone Unfortunately, on the screenhot you provided it's impossible to read the error message, can you try to crop your image then post it?

are you running Pro Tools as admin? How to Run a Program as an Administrator
