Why Transport Controls does'n work in Logic Pro? (Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol A49)

    Ok thanks, when you say preferences ‘file’ I presume you meant the user preferences folder?

    I meant when you go Library there is a Preferences folder there. Are we talking about different folders?

    There are 2 of them, one is in the system library folder, the other is in the user library and that’s the one I meant but I thought when referred to it as a ‘file’ you may have thought I meant Komplete Kontrol preferences

    I deleted the com.apple.logic.pro.cs in the user library. Then restart the Mac and start logic. First it asked me connect to keyboard. I allowed. But second time I opened Logic, transport controls gone. Sometimes it comes sometimes it goes. really strange proplem.
