I have a Traktor S4 and I’m trying to figure out what to do with it. The software isn’t compatible with the current Mac iOS anymore. Is it worth keeping? Is there any resale value to this controller?

traktor 2/3 should work in rosetta 2 mode, but the mk1 will not work. You can sell it on the known platforms. Or give it to a friend with windows.
