doesnt work right stand alone or daw, tried reinstalling. same thing no sound, scoured utube no help, wish i could get a refund an buy the electric sunburst or realeight. N.I. makes things more complex than they need be

about what product do you talk about? you install native access create an account, log in and add your serial. Then you normally see the products and can download them.
@mitch4347 Would be great if you could explain what the issue is. Also the title, same thing as what? Electric Sunburst is a Kontakt library, so you need to install Kontakt and load your library in Kontakt. It's not that complex but if you want help we need more info.
