Headphone cue signal is always heard when I pre-listen.

Hello, I have the problem that when I go live on Twitch or Tiktok, my headphone cue signal is always heard when I pre-listen in Traktor Pro 3. This can't be turned off via the slider etc. either. In Twitch, you can only select one sound card (S4MK3). Is there a solution? I don't have this problem on the Mac. Settings: WASAPI Shared Mode, because Exclusive Mode doesn't work at all. Twitch works on MAC, but unfortunately TikTok doesn't or else.
