Confirmation sent to wrong email address

Hello. I am trying to purchase an NI product and the webshop tells me it will send confirmation to an old email address I no longer use, is not listed in my NI account, and cannot access.

There is no support for this sort of problem.

How do I get NI to send confirmation of purchases to MY email?
