When i plug in my MK3 Micro it does not come up in device manager with Bome midi under sound devices
Previous to having trouble with maschine software it would show up as a sound device as well.
Now after uninstalling and reinstalling Maschine 2 software my MK3 is not recognized by the software and when i check device manager it does not have the bome midi under sound devices anymore.

Hey @Kazookoo Have you checked the following articles ?
My Native Instruments Hardware Device is Not Recognized
My MASCHINE Controller Does Not Start
You can also reinstall the Bome driver here: https://www.bome.com/products/bmidi

We have tried all of those and reinstalled the bome driver and it still does not recognize as a midi controller in maschine. Getting a replacement controller sent out to test.

If all the above failed, you should try the Mikro MK3 on a different computer.
If it works on another computer, you should then contact our Maschine specialists here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_maschine
If it doesn't, you should get in touch with our hardware department here: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware
