problems posting links to the user library

Just tried to post a link to a User Library page, and I got this error:

But I can post exactly the same link if I stick the quoting mechanism at the end ( '>'):

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/reaktor-community/reaktor-user-library/all/all/all/344307/

so there are two problems to solve:

• Allow links to the User Library in forum posts
• stop the workaround of intended access prevention via the quoting mechanism
