native access 0.0.0

I am using Windows.
I purchased Kontakt6 crossgrade last year, and I have been using it successfully.
And recently, I purchased the Kontakt7 upgrade bundle and an instrument called Deft Lines.
However, as shown in the picture below, it appears in Native Access and Kontakt7 and Deft Lines cannot be installed.
Moreover, Kontakt7 is now missing from the list.

Hello,
native acces uses registry keys for the products as far as I know. I think in this case only native guys can help here. You could maybe try to log out and back in, start native access as admin. You also could try to reinstall native access but i guess it will not clean up those regkeys so it would maybe be the same as now.

After formatting the computer, the problem was resolved.

Brute force method but often works and can save time, also a new installed windows is often faster.
