    No, what I'm talking about it something else.

    In Ableton Live it looks like this. This has nothing to do with MIDI Sync, it's a feature that is part of Link, which wasn't in the initial release in 2015, but in an update in 2016. All software that implement it have such a setting, and when ON, you press play on one participant, the others start as well.
