TRAKTOR PRO 3 crashes on S3 connected

Hello @lisandro, I have not experienced any further problems, nor can I explain the behavior you describe. Maybe you could try the above mentioned workaround with ASIO4ALL to get closer to the problem?

Hello! Sure.
Basically, this happens. You plug it in, uninstall the drivers, then unplug it and plug it back in with Traktor open.
It works. You unplug it and plug it back again, doesn't work anymore. Seems to be an issue with Windows using it as an Audio Output. If you disable it as a Audio Output you can use the controller, but no sound comes out of it, of course.

Thanks! @Mark_NI

Hi @lisandro
Out of curiosity is your laptop a Dell Latitude 3520? I recently bought one of these (it looks the same as mine in the video) and I am experiencing the exact same issue as you! Perhaps it's a chipset issue?
Hopefully the NI team see this and get back to you asap!

Have you checked for bios updates, sometimes a bios update can help.

No you were not rude or anything, i just had a few bad days and no time to answer, so everything is fine. So you did basically what I have said and now it works?
