massive and massive x dont load the presets in cubase 12

hi guys

i have cubse 12 and as from title, massive and massive x never load their presets; the presets tab is always black; i have tried to uninstall the massive data located in the appdata folder, bit it still doesnt work .

could you please help me? i have searched here and there but i cannot find the answers
