Just purchase Izotope FXEQ and cannot authorize
i just bought Izotope FXEQ this morning. When I try to authorize to pc or ilok it tells me there is no purchase to verify and it will not authorize my install. How do I fix this? I went through the support chatbot on the izotope website but I have not received a reply and it's been a few hours. Any help is much appreciated.

How to get support? Chat agents not answering.
I understand there is no phone support or email support. but chat agents are not answering. I talk to the automated AI agent for a while and then they "escalate" to a human and nobody ever picks up the chat. I purchased duplicate software packages and can't get it fixed. any ideas?
