Native Access password isn't working

I tried to log into Native Access last night, but was unable to. I've tried again today and still no joy. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this multiple times, changed my password on Native Instrument, cleared some files as suggested on google, but nothing seems to work. Each time I tried to logon, the password box shakes and my heart sinks.

Has anybody been in similar situation and found a solution, please? I would open a ticket, but not sure i'll get a response anytime soon, if at all, given recent events.

And you are sure both that you are logging into the correct account and also that you are not actually being presented with a Mac OS security pop up where you have to use your Mac OS credentials ?

Thanks@PoorFellow. This is the Native Access i've used many times before, clicking on the same app in Applications, so if I have more than one then i'm not sure when that would have happened. When I did clear my browser history though and rebooted my pc, the password for the NI website allowed me to see it and it was indeed different to the password I had saved for it, so maybe I unknowingly have more than one account. When I tried that password in Native Access it didn't work either. It always fails at the password login box, so not sure why it stopped working, given other people's are working fine.

Hopefully support can solve this, but i'm in no immediate rush.
