I’m in this long running crazy situation where I have had over 40 valid Plugin Alliance licenses removed from my account because I sold a duplicate license for that plugin. I had been using the plugins with no issue for months. Then this happened when the system switched over to NI support. I am a long running customer and can’t believe not only that this has happened and I have lost access to so many plugins that I paid for, but also that support said there’s nothing they can do.
Has anyone else had this issue?
