Hi, I am trying to buy the MPC Expansion Hazy Days and Faded Reels and I'm getting the "Oops! Something went wrong!" message when I click on the BUY NOW button for both expansions.

@the seOULavengeR Thanks for the update. Issue is fixed on all these products, thanks again for the report.
Try logging out of the site then logging back in again. That sometimes fixes the problem, depending on what it is.
This appear to be a problem with the site.
I will call for NI Customer Care and hope that they are here tomorrow and have the time to get this fixed !

I haven't cared to go through all the product links on the page but the two products that the OP have a problem with appear to be dead at the moment :

I tried that and it's still not working. I put in a ticket and followed each step and it's still not working. I also don't i should have to go so far out of my way to purchase these items. Use a friend's computer? I used my iphone while on my cellular network and not on wifi and I'm still getting the same error. Clearly this is not on my network side.

Thanks for taking the time to test this across multiple browsers and for sending the screenshots. That was really helpful.
Based on everything you’ve tried and the fact that other expansions (like Drift Theory) add to the cart correctly, I can confirm that on our side both MPC Expansion – Hazy Days and MPC Expansion – Faded Reels are loading and adding to cart normally. There’s no outage or restriction affecting these products globally.
When a specific product fails across multiple browsers and even on mobile, while others work fine, it almost always points to something local to the network or environment rather than the account or the product itself.
As a final test, please try the following if possible:
If the expansions add to the cart successfully in that scenario, it confirms the issue is network-related on the original setup.
I know that’s not the most satisfying answer, but given that everything checks out on our end and other products work for you, this is the most reliable way to isolate the cause.
If you still hit the same error even on a different computer and network, let me know and I’ll escalate this further internally.

I doubt that the Support person are using same page as we are to test with. You could try to politely ask the the person to read the forum thread here and to try to use the links on the page that I linked to above. They are still not working for me.
Anyway , the problem for me is that since I am not NI then I have no access to Support other way than you and I can not get anything tested or fixed other than ask Jeremy_NI to investigate. And Jeremy_NI was not here on Friday as I had hoped so he will not be here until Monday or later next week.

All good. No need to be sorry. You & mykejb gave me better information than the person at NI who is suppose to be helping me. Just felt a bit put off by his response and asking me to do additional trouble shooting like "use a friends computer" or saying it was my home network 🙄. How about just esclating the ticket so the person who can actually fix the link fix it so people can continue spending their hard earned dollors … I don't know . Just a thought 😂
And I agree with you on them not using the same page as us to test what's wrong with the links. Of course you can see it on your end NI Customer Support, especially if you're using your company's tools to check.

I have the exact same problem with Lone Forest MPC Expansion!

Nope. I just checked the 2 that I'm having issues with (Hazy Days & Faded Reels) and I'm still getting the error msg. @flonky I did notice a few others that were having the same issue as well Lone Forest being one of them.
@the seOULavengeR I can reproduce the issue as well and have reported to the responsible team. Not sure how my colleague wasn't able to reproduce the issue, I've also informed him. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Will keep you posted.
