How on earth do I get the bundled software of a second hand product?

So I bought a komplete audio 2 a few days ago and want to also access the bundles softwares, and I was able to contact the seller. From stuffs I’ve seen, it seems that the seller must first unregister the product, but how? I’ve already registered the product yet the softwares are nit in my account. I’ve seen people saying it is required to make a ID transfer request, but the seller told me he didn’t find the product on the page. What can I do?

Something is amiss here… If the previous owner has registered the hardware product and has not transferred it to you then you should not be able to register the hardware yourself. So either the previous owner never registered the product or else there must be something wrong here since you can not register an already registered product.

If you have actually managed to register the hardware to your account (check here) then if you have not received your software

then first check your emails - including spam folders , for redeem codes and information ,

then download and install latest version of Native Access for your OS (be sure to be logged into the same account in Native Access)

then reboot computer and check again
