I recently purchased the FM8 synth and have tried to open it as a plugin instrument in Roland Zenbeats but Zenbeats only recognizes it as an audio effect, not an instrument. Turned my macbook on, the KA6 leds lit up. Got to the desktop, the leds went out and the interface is no longer listed in my devices. Tried another usb cable - nothing. My DAW software recognizes the 6 possible inputs from the interface. I am actually using only IN 1 to convert a mixer output, and the S/PDIF Input to receive my CD player's output. Until now, Neutron 4 was included in the 360 Plus subscription. Now Neutron 5 came out and in Native Access you can only find Neutron 5 Elements, but no Neutron 5. So am I correct that the medium subscription will only contain Neutron Elements in the future?

session prime bass track does not play back any sound
There are occassions that when I press play the prime bass track does not play back any sound. I would reload a different type of bass but still doesn't play back a sound. in every instance I would have to shut down Logic Pro X and restart it. Once restarted, session prime bass works.
