Komplete Kontrol M32 issues

Hello there, I am trying to figure out why my Komplete Kontrol M32 doesn't work properly.

When I start on Logic, the keyboard is responsive but if I try to change in MIDI mode something stops working: the first two knobs for CC 14 and CC 15 give some random value and strange character, while every other knobs are working; the buttons for play - rec - tempo etc. etc. do not. I cannot even go back to Browser or Track instance. It worked with my MacBook Pro M3 but not with this Mac Studio M1. I tried in the internet but I couldn't find anything. Forgot to say, this is the 3rd keyboard that I change, but all of them give me the same problems, so, it's not the keyboard. Any idea? Anybody can help?

Yes, the same issue i got too when i changed the cc number , also created a new templete , this is a bug…..

so , is there any way to fix this ?

I had the same sort of problem with my M32 with the second encoder CC15 . I have solve the problem with a Firmware update. After that everything looks normal .
