$25 e-coupon code says it is not valid?

I am trying to use a $25 e-coupon code I got just about a week ago. The rules of the coupon use says it can be used on products with a minimum of $49 price. The one I am trying to buy is a $49.50.
Is it failing because the product it as a discounted price of $49 at this time?? Thus, being a promotional product? Or is there something wrong with the coupon?

Isn't everything discounted at this time and therefore the voucher is useless? Where can a list of non-discounted products be found?

I have the same question. I’d like to use the coupon code on a Kontakt 8 update (regular price is €99). Technically, this isn’t a discounted product, so why does the coupon code not work?

Because it is also NOT valid on updates, upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products, or products that are part of a special offer.

Did you read the fine print for use of voucher ? It should be in the email that contained the voucher , eventually at email bottom.

But generally then vouchers cannot be used for discounted items, updates, upgrades, cross-grades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products, or Komplete bundles and upgrades / cross-grades.

Yes, I read the fine-print. It doesn’t mention updates or upgrades. It just excludes special offers and promotions.

Anything listed with its non-promotional price. So, not on sale or anything. You can use the voucher to get some discount on something like that. Granted, it isn't much of a discount, but it is something I guess.
