I just purchased the Alicia keys bundle with the electric keys and Alicias keys. I installed both on native instruments, I went on FL Studio and opened Kontakt however only the Electric keys are on there. Is there a reason why and anything I can do. Thanks for the help

Cubase 14 not seeing Kontakt 8
I bought the upgrade to kontakt 8 today and cubase 14 won't see it. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted my computer and nothing helps. Anyone have any idea how to get it to work? Thanks

Kontakt only opens small window
This has been happening for a while. Only a tiny preliminary window opens. I have to close and choose Kontakt again, sometimes several times before the library and instruments window appears. Now it isn't appearing at all. This is all I see. There's probably something simple I'm just missing. Thanks for any help.

How to add a channel to Heavyocity's Gravity Pack 01-04
When I load any of the Heavyocity instruments such as Vocalise, Scoring Guitars etc. it reads 'No Snapshot Uploaded'... So the channel remains as an omni instrument with no way to change it. Hi, I'm having issue with Kontakt 7 & 8 on my Logic Pro X, 11.1. When I play the track, the first round it sounds fine, but when I repeat the track, only the first MIDI note works (without the sustain). If I stop the track and replay again, it works. It works fine when I bounce the track. Anyone encounter similar issue?

Kontakt Player 7 show libraries, but no instruments to browse
Hi, Yesterday I moved all my libraries to an external SSD. I then reset the lost paths in "Native Access". "Native Access" now says that everything is installed correctly. If I start Kontakt Player 7 now, I see all my libraries. However, no library shows any instruments when I click on "Browse". What is going on? Thanks!

I cannot assign Midi controllers to the Macros on the LEAP kits.. can this feature be added?
I have to use the mouse to tweak controls like cutoff, Delay, Reverb, etc.. during a performance, and it is much slower than using a Midi controller that has been assigned to the control. Is there any chance that NI can add this feature to the LEAP instrument?

The update loaded up to 25gb. Than it stops. I can do pause. After starting it runs not more. I have enough space on my Mac Mini M1 16gb 1tb ssd. The Internet speed is normal. What can I do? It´s the second time I try it.
