I just bought Kontakt 8 and I'm disappointed. The sound selection is so boring, not a huge selection, and completely out of date. Most of it is just tinkling sounds... I expected more for my money.

Will expansions such as System Clash work with free version of Kontakt 8?
I just started using Kontakt in pro tools and I'm looking for new instruments and loops. I'm thinking about getting an expansion, but I want to make sure it will work with what I've got. I'm hoping to not have to buy/upgrade Kontakt. Will this work? Thanks

Good Afternoon, Very recently I had the option to download KONTACT, KONTACT 7 & KONTACT 8…. which I did do. Are having all three of these "overkill"?, meaning is KONTACT 8 basically the same as KONTACT 7 with some upgrades? Thank you very much.
