Can I use my serial number on another computer?
I've recently updated my computer, but my main hard drive was having problems so I had to buy another hard drive and install everything all over again. But, Kontakt will not let me use the serial number I used before even though the website says you can use two computers . It says " Then serial has already been registered, if your account doesn't already contain this product, you can follow these steps or contact customer support." There is no customer support to contact, so can anyone help on what can I do.

You don't need to use the serial number again. Download Native Access on your new computer, log in with your username and password (making certain it's the same one you used on the other computer) and all the products you own should be available to download and use.

Download latest version of Native Access for your OS and login to the correct account with your login credentials to download and install your N.I. software.
If in doubt if logged into correct account then you can see any products connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page

Thanks for responding .but I did download Native Access and Kontakt, but I didn’t see the factory library available and when I clicked on add serial, that’s when the message came up about already being registered, I just assumed that it wasn’t working

What version of Kontakt are you using? You might need to enable Legacy items in preferences if it's an older version. Do you see your other products correctly?

You did not tell OS , or Kontakt version or if any other software were missing than factory library. But I will go with what is mentioned on your profile which is Windows 11 and Kontakt 7.
If the above is correct and if you are using latest version of N.A. for your OS and made sure that you are logged into the correct account in N.A. then all that remains is to try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
