NI Komplete Kontrol S61 MK2 - is this discontinued or not?
As many of you know, MK2 is a much better option for those of us who were dumb enough to completely enter the NI ecosystem and base our studio setup on the machine software/hardware. That and machine JAM - for arrangement. So any info if this changed? Or is Kontrol mk2 still being made and/or in stock?

Have Komplete 14, Kontakt 8, but can't see how to download 'Irish Harps' without downloading Komplete Start. It says it is available as a free download with Komplete Start - why would I need that? Can see that this has been asked before, but not sure the answers tally with the company info.

S61 (with Massive X) - parameter values above the knobs moving around with no sound being played
Just a quickie, is parameter values (readouts) above the knobs moving around with no keys being touched & no sound being played when using Massive X normal behaviour? Komplete Kontrol products don't show up after entering the serial number
Hi Guys I purchased the Komplete Kontrol M32 and downloaded the Native Access Software. After entering the Serial Number of my product nothing shows up in My Library, I have been waiting for hours and entered the code several time without anything happening. Does anyone knows why this is happening and what I can do?

Does anybody know how to get my S88 knobs and buttons to function for NI software, not Logic Pro?
Could anybody help please? My S88 MK1 piano keys work in Logic Pro but the buttons and knobs only work for Logic Pro, I can’t use them for any of NI software, the buttons clearly work but for the wrong software… how can I get them to recognise NI software instead of Logic Pro software?

Started with this issue today : when trigger a key, it sets the sound on loop which is unstoppable in DAW or standalone mode. midi 2 is not working
I have a s61 mk3 controller Everything works great with midi1. in MIDI 2 mode, which is supposed to correspond better with the hardware, doesn't work. There's no sound at all. What am I missing? Do I need a special template for this? And if so, can I download a ready-made one?

Update problem with Komplete Kontrol S49 MK3
Hello Following the purchase of a Komplete Kontrol S49 Mk3 keyboard in December 2025, the keyboard required an update before first use, but crashes and cannot be restarted for use. Does anyone have a solution, please? Thank you in advance, I would really like to find out! Olivier
