Cycling through sounds on its own

in Komplete Kontrol

I recently purchased the new Komplete Kontrol s61 Mk3. After I play it for, a minute or so, it begins to glitch & cycle through sounds on its own. I feel like I've tried everything to troubleshoot. Please advise!

    What software are you using when this happens ? Is this inside a DAW ? , Does this happen also is using Komplete Kontrol standalone app and Kontakt 8 standalone app ?

    @Tobi B. If you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application when the keyboard is NOT connected, can you check if there any MIDI assignments here?

    Check the knobs and buttons there, remove any MIDI CC assignment by clicking the little x.
