Expansion packs "please activate via native access"

Hi all, I have just purchased a second hand maschine mk3 , I have registered it in my name and all works fine, however the expansion packs that the original owner purchased dont work!
I can see them in the browser and i can preciew the kits and sounds but it wont let me load them in, i get the following message:
"please activate via native access"
Do i need to get serial numbers for the expanson packs from the original owner? And then register them to my account through native access?
Thanks for your help!

You should not have to request the transfer, this should be done by the seller.
N.I. should then provide you with the licence codes to register the expansions to your account.

@leeroy Yes, expansions are separate products and the previous owner should initiate a license transfer for all of them. You can also reach out for my colleagues here for these registration issues: https://bit.ly/NIsupport_RA

To the best of my knowledge Maschine comes with the following:
- Maschine 2
- Maschine 2 Factory Library
- Maschine 2 Factory Selection
- Maschine Drum Selection
- Chromatic Fire Expansion.
When you registered the Mk3 they should have been linked to your account and appeared as available in Native Access. It might be best to contact support if they are not in your account.
All other expansions will need to be purchased.

Ooops, I may have been wrong with regards to the Maschine 2 Factory Selection. All of the others you should get.

Hi, thanks for the reply - the packs that came with the maschine software work fine (the ones you listd above)
The person i bought the maschine from also supplied a sim card with all the expansions he had purchased on it, Its these that wont load in as they need activating on native access but im not sure how to activate them, Do i need to request a transfer of ownership for the packs or does the original owner need to supply serial numbers for the packs so i can activate them?
Thanks again for your help!

Thanks all for the advice - I have asked the seller to request a license transfer for the expansion packs, hopefully they can get this sorted as it was part of the sale!
Muchos gracias
