Losing access to NI account

my laptop died and there I had all the accounts linked and I do not remember the password of my account Nor to recover it I have a maschine mk2 and I want to be able to recover my account and my products or ... Thank you.

  You have to contact support : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/360000092577

  Nobody at this forum will be able to help you recover your account , not the Admins either , unless that you contact support to make them help you ! Also there are no phone support either !
